| Entitled a song for MacMillan Cancer Support Emma along with her backing band David Farrell (Musical Director) Mark Campbell (Lead Guitar) Jamie Easton (Drums) & Chris Carlin (Bass) performed a Tribute to the late singing sensation Eva Cassidy in aid of the MacMillan charity. Supported by the Croy Male Voice Choir at the New Croy Miners Welfare in the village of Croy on Saturday the 21st of October 06 the night was a resounding success. Tickets for the show were sold out within two days of the event being advertised. Each song performed by Emma was sponsored by local business and the total raised for the charity was just short of £3,000 which was a fantastic achievement by all concerned. |
